Laboratory of Pathological Plant Physiology is a part of
We study plant – microbe interactions with a special focus on hormonal interplay and phospholipid signalling.
We aim to uncover the molecular mechanisms involved in plant defence in model and natural pathosystems:
Arabidopsis thaliana – Pseudomonas syringae / Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis / Botrytis cinerea / Blumeria graminis
Brassica napus (oilseed rape ) – Leptosphaeria maculans / Sclerotinia sclerotiorum / Alternaria brassicicola / Plutella xylostella / Brevicoryne brassicae
PhD defence - Anastasiia Starodubtseva
Congratulations to our brand new
Dr. Anastasiia Starodubtseva! Brilliant thesis prepared in cotutelle between UCT Prague (CZ) and UPEC (France). "The multifaceted role of phosphatidylinositol-4-kinases in plant morphogenesis and defence responses"
