Laboratory of Pathological Plant Physiology is a part of

the Institute of Experimental Botany of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

We study plant – microbe interactions with a special focus on hormonal interplay and phospholipid signalling.

We aim to uncover the molecular mechanisms involved in plant defence in model and natural pathosystems:

Brassica napus (oilseed rape ) – Leptosphaeria maculans / Sclerotinia sclerotiorum / Alternaria brassicicola / Plutella xylostella / Brevicoryne brassicae
